Acylphosphatase overexpression triggers SH-SY5Y differentiation towards neuronal phenotype

An acylphosphatase (AcPase) overexpression study was carried out on SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells, using a green fluorescent fusion protein (AcP-GFP), with GFP acting as a reporter protein. The cellular proliferation rate was significantly reduced by overexpression of AcPase by a factor of ten. In contrast, clones transfected with two inactive AcPase mutants showed a growth rate comparable to control cells. This suggests that AcPase catalyzes the proliferative down-regulation. AcPase-overexpressing clones showed a physiological mortality rate as assessed by an MTT reduction test and by evaluation of necrotic markers. DNA fragmentation analysis and assays of caspase-3 and poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP)-active fragments showed no evidence of any apoptotic pattern. AcPase overexpression led to a marked increase in PARP activity as well as Bcl-2 content; these are commonly up-regulated during differentiative processes in neuronal cells. In fact, the typical differentiation marker, growth-associated-protein 43, was significantly up-regulated. Microscopic observations also showed a clear increase in the differentiative phenotype in AcPase-overexpressing cells. 随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展和现代企业制度的建立,面对企业所得税制改革的内在要求与WTO的外在约束,尤其是面对当前企业所得税“内外两制”的格局与WTO国民待遇原则严重冲突,对现行企业所得税制的改革已势在必行,本文从WTO国民待遇原则对缔约国税制的要求入手,结合现行企业所得税制的弊端,提出了统一内外资企业所得税的必要性与具体方案。

复杂性与社会分化——卢曼社会系统理论研究

在卢曼看来,社会系统总是处于极端的复杂状态,同时也处于一种复杂化的过程之中。系统的复杂性征使其在面对环境的影响时,出现各种内在的危机和各种不平衡现象,并产生一系列的运作难题,使社会系统无法以其原来对付环境的原则进行实际运作,迫使社会系统不断地进行复杂性的化约和自我的区分化以化解危机,而社会系统也在此一过程中实现自身的演化和进化。     

旋转体波动方程时域有限差分法

为仿真电磁波与旋转体的相互作用,通过把电磁场的6个分量作傅里叶展开,把三维波动方程简化至二维,并用时域有限差分法(FDTD)基本原理求解二维波动方程,实现了旋转体波动方程时域有限差分法(BOR WE FDTD)。相对于旋转体时域有限差分法(BORFDTD),BOR WE FDTD具有节约内存和机时、程序简单等优势。通过模拟介质球对简谐波的散射,并把结果和理论结果、BORFDTD结果作对比,证实了BORWEFDTD的有效性。     

基于全微分法的平面尺寸链求解

以微分学原理对平面尺寸链进行求解,简化了分析和计算过程,同时考虑了常被忽略的角度误差,提高了计算的精确性和合理性,给出了相应较为简洁的计算公式,并讨论了公差带的分布,方便了工艺人员的工艺工装设计.

Principle, traits and functions of electrochemical fingerprint of Chinese traditional medicine

In regard to such challenging analysis problems as scientific identification and quality evaluation of Chinese traditional medicine, the electrochemical fingerprint technique of Chinese traditional medi- cine has been researched. The principle, traits, functions, etc., of the electrochemical fingerprint have detailedly been analyzed and discussed by the B-Z oscillatory system using malonic acid as main dissipation substance, characterized by the fact that different influences of different Chinese traditional medicines on the mechanism of the oscillatory reaction cause different changes of the shape of the potential-time curve of the oscillatory system under the conditions of constant tem- perature and pressure. An economical, simple and convenient, easy pushing and effective scientific method for distinguishing and evaluating multifarious Chinese traditional medicines has success- fully been put forward.
